The aim of the quality policy of VASPO VAMBERK Ltd. stabilization of the overall organization of the company both inside and outside. Ie. system and functional roles in society, clear objectives, tasks, responsibilities and subsequent compliance with the goals and tasks and their evaluation. To meet these objectives, the company announced Quality and Environmental Policy and became the basic document Quality Manual and Environmental . For the company's major strategic objective to meet all current and future client needs, provide quality services to ensure the earliest possible meeting in the handling of client requests, willingness, availability and reliability of its personnel. Our goal is to achieve one hundred percent service connected with the superior services, thus increasing market share. For the successful implementation of strategic plans set management objectives and directions of quality and creates the necessary creative working environment for its staff.
Certificate ISO 9001:2009
Corporate Quality Management System is certified according to ISO 9001:2001 (quality). The company in 2002 acquired the certificate evidencing compliance with the requirements of the management system standards. All supervisory audits of quality management were held on the scheduled date and free from defects which might affect the proper functioning of the system.
ISO 14001:2005
Monitoring and continuous improvement in environmental performance is among the main objectives of the company. To ensure these requirements the company in 2006 introduced a system of environmental management according to ISO 14001:2005.
