Production of single-purpose machines
Machinery division deals with development, design and manufacture of prototype equipment and single-purpose machines. Production is oriented mainly to the automobile industry.I continue as in the past, division produces single-purpose machines, equipment and entire production lines for the processor and manufacturer of welding wire electrodes. A major part of production consists of custom-made production machines for concrete production operation within the line and the manufacturing process. These are different machines and roboty.Tato equipment and machinery are manufactured according to customer's requirements with regard to all its needs and use the equipment in the production process
Development and construction of prototypes
An important component of the machinery division has its own individual design and development department. To be primarily focused on the design and manufacture of prototype machines and devices. Evolution is based on their design experience, and to customer requirements. We use the standards of modern European societies, and by these standards, we also obtained ISO 9001. 3D CAD software SolidWorks allows quick and easy project with the minimum risk of errors and collisions the final product. The methods and procedures of each developmental stage of the machine or equipment jseou implemented according to guidelines of the ISO 9001, which guarantee high productivity and professional maturity of the whole project.
