Charging trolley ZV-04 serves for inserting a stack plate format with a maximum size 2000x1500x2 mm plate separation to the point in pressing the line L1. Maximum weight of the stack is 3000 kg. Sheets in the stack are precisely aligned, the stack as a whole is stored on a pallet height of 160mm. Stacks of sheets are stored with a variety of truck loading area, their position is determined by fixed stops.The car is powered by an electric motor supplied from the transmission cable chain that is attached to the vehicle frame. Rails against getting out of the car is secured by fixed stops, first, second, limit switches, mounted on a vehicle frame, which stops the drive of the vehicle to stop before emotion.
